During product launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking 

If tracking is available for your selected shipping option, tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
1. We are not responsible for lost parcels.
2. Re-delivery fees may apply.
3. Refunds will not be issued for parcels returned due to address errors.
