All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through spacebarvanilla are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Incorrect or Defective Items

We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect or defective item.

If this occurs, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A short video (if applicable) showing the defect

Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

To qualify for review:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition
• Unworn, unwashed, and unscented
• All original packaging must be intact
• The item must have been purchased directly from spacebarvanilla

We do not accept exchanges or returns for products purchased through third-party platforms.

Please note that defects do not include damage caused during shipping transit. All items are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

Assessment & Resolution

Each case will be assessed individually.

If your claim is approved:

• A one-to-one exchange will be arranged (subject to stock availability), OR
• If the item is unavailable, store credit equivalent to the item value will be issued

Return shipping costs for approved defective or incorrect items will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.

Please wait for our email confirmation before sending any items back.

Once your request has been acknowledged, you must arrange to return the item within 5 working days of our confirmation.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
